The New Art House (Neues Kunsthaus) is an exhibition space for contemporary art. Changing exhibitions: painting, graphic art, sculptures, book objects, new music, Edition Hohes Ufer Ahrenshoop with thematic single and group exhibitions.

The New Art House (Neue Kunsthaus)is dedicated to contemporary art of the county Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Through exhibitions and exchange of artists it ties knots to other parts of the country and to neighbouring countries around the Baltic Sea. The visitor can find single exhibitions, group exhibitions around a theme and a permanent offer of paintings, prints, small sculptures and various editions of books designed by artists.

A circle of friends accompanies the work of the house and awards a prize twice a year. Around the house a small garden has emerged, which will be filled with further sculptures. There is also a small flat for artists and friends of the arts.
